We are seeking motivated Order Pickers to join our fulfillment team in Durham, North Carolina. As an Order Picker, you will be the first step in getting our products to customers, ensuring that the correct items are selected accurately and efficiently from our warehouse inventory. This role demands precision, speed, and a dedication to **safety**. You will be working within our **logistics** operations, handling a variety of products and using equipment such as RF scanners. We provide the necessary **PPE** and expect strict adherence to all **safety** procedures. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to customer orders.
- Use RF scanners to track picked items and update inventory levels.
- Ensure picked items are organized and prepared for the packing stage.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and wear required **PPE**.
- Assist with **Lifting** of products as needed, typically up to 30 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- Participate in **logistics** efficiency improvements.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or **safety** concerns.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to read pick lists and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in item selection.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and inventory systems.
- Understanding of **PPE** and **safety** protocols.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting**.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
