Our Kansas City, Missouri warehouse is expanding, and we are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our dedicated team. This position is vital to our daily logistics operations, involving the handling, storing, and shipping of various products. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stock shelves and organize products within the warehouse.
  • Pick items for outgoing orders accurately using scanning technology.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training available).
  • Conduct routine inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Utilize PPE as required for specific tasks and maintain a safety-conscious attitude.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Capability to handle lifting up to 55 lbs consistently.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to work in a team and follow directions.
  • Adherence to all safety guidelines and proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
