Join our vibrant logistics team as an Order Picker in Fort Worth, Texas! This role is critical for ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. You will be responsible for locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse inventory based on order tickets, verifying product details and quantities, and preparing items for the packing and shipping stages. Utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management software is a key part of this role, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient workflow. Safety is a non-negotiable aspect of our operations; strict adherence to all safety policies and the consistent use of required PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and safety-toe shoes, is mandatory. This position requires physical capability, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 30 pounds, and requires you to be mobile and active on your feet for extended periods, involving walking, bending, and reaching. Experience with order picking equipment or RF scanning technology is a plus, and comprehensive training will be provided.
