Become an integral part of our inventory management system as an Inventory Control Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our stock levels, ensuring that our operations run efficiently and that customer orders are fulfilled correctly. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, performing physical inventory audits, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to resolve stock issues. Your duties will include maintaining organized inventory records, monitoring stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and assisting with the overall warehouse organization and layout to optimize space and accessibility. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. We prioritize safety above all else; adherence to all safety regulations and the proper use of required PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves, is expected. This role may involve some lifting, typically up to 40 pounds, and requires precision and attention to detail. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software is highly desirable. You will work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and minimize losses.
