We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage and oversee operations in our Boston, Massachusetts facility. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of goods, managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of inventory, and optimizing overall warehouse performance. Your duties will include scheduling deliveries and shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, implementing safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics principles is essential. You will also be responsible for enforcing safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the team. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. While primarily a supervisory role, occasional heavy lifting may be required. Experience in warehouse supervision or coordination is strongly preferred.
