Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Worker in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of goods that are vital to our logistics chain. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving inventory, storing items, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and detail-oriented individual who can contribute positively to a team environment and work effectively in a dynamic setting. Your commitment to safety is paramount; you must follow all safety procedures rigorously and utilize the provided PPE. This position requires physical stamina and involves regular lifting and movement of products.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming warehouse shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Sort and store materials in their designated locations.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, strictly adhering to safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or product damage.
- Assist with other warehouse duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial. Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be physically capable of performing duties that include frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and a commitment to wearing appropriate PPE is essential for this logistics role.
