Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced warehouse team in Chicago, Illinois as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for a dedicated individual to contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and accessibility.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring correct item and quantity.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to Safety standards and practices.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
