Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet logistics objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to develop and implement safety programs and ensure proper PPE is utilized.
- Experience with lifting and material handling equipment.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
