We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Specialist for our Sacramento, California location. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your responsibilities will include performing regular cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, investigating stock movements, and implementing solutions to improve inventory accuracy. You will work with various inventory management software and tools to track stock levels and generate reports. A sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. This position is key to the efficiency of our entire logistics operation. You will collaborate with the warehouse management team to refine inventory processes and ensure optimal stock levels. Ensuring proper storage and handling of all items is critical. Adherence to all safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE, is expected. This role involves regular lifting of inventory items, up to 50 lbs, and requires standing and moving throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
