This role is vital for the smooth operation of our Logistics network, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely dispatch of all orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and process all shipping documentation, including labels and manifests.
- Verify order details against shipping requirements for accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate with various shipping carriers for timely pickups.
- Monitor and track outgoing shipments, providing updates when necessary.
- Perform quality checks on packaged items to ensure they meet shipping standards.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized shipping records.
- Liaise effectively with warehouse operations and external logistics partners.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure personal Safety.
- Assist with inventory management and other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a comparable Logistics role.
- Proficiency with shipping software, ERP systems, and standard office applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Capacity for moderate Lifting of packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
