Join our vibrant warehouse team in Orlando, Florida, as an Order Picker! We are looking for efficient and reliable individuals to accurately select products for customer orders. This is a key role in our logistics chain, ensuring that orders are picked correctly and on time, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. You will navigate our warehouse efficiently, locating and retrieving specific items from designated bin locations. This fast-paced role requires a strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and a commitment to workplace safety. We provide comprehensive training on our picking systems, equipment, and safety procedures. You will work alongside a dedicated team, collaborating to meet daily picking targets. Regular standing, walking, and lifting are integral parts of this job. Adherence to all PPE requirements is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment. Your accuracy and speed in picking directly impact our operational efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from assigned locations based on order tickets.
- Verify product information and quantities.
- Use RF scanners to track picked items and update inventory.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other picking equipment.
- Meet or exceed daily picking productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Report any damaged or incorrect items immediately.
- Participate in team huddles and training sessions.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety vest and shoes.
- Must be able to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and walking.
- Commitment to a safe and productive work environment.
