  • Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and optimize stock levels.
  • Manage the put-away process for incoming goods, ensuring proper location assignment.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., receiving, shipping) to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Train warehouse staff on inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the use of PPE, and contribute to a safe work environment.
  • May involve some physical tasks including Lifting and moving inventory.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
