- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and optimize stock levels.
- Manage the put-away process for incoming goods, ensuring proper location assignment.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., receiving, shipping) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Train warehouse staff on inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the use of PPE, and contribute to a safe work environment.
- May involve some physical tasks including Lifting and moving inventory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
