Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare all outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate and verify shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation.
- Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Coordinate with various shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to schedule pickups and track shipments.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and update system information accordingly.
- Operate shipping equipment such as scales and printers.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving tasks as needed.
- May involve some moderate Lifting of packages.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar administrative/warehouse role.
- Proficiency with shipping software and common office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with logistics and shipping procedures.
