Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse management, from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring smooth logistics , this is the role for you. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock merchandise accurately in designated locations.
  • Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of required PPE and its proper use.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
