We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our warehouse, contributing to efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, and packing, all while upholding our commitment to **Safety** and operational excellence. This position is key to our **Logistics** network, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying against purchase orders and documentation.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory, ensuring proper placement and rotation.
- Pick items accurately based on customer orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate shipping materials.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our **Logistics** operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, standing, and **Lifting** up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse **Safety** principles and the importance of **PPE**.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and **Logistics** processes is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
