Join our growing team in Kansas City, Missouri, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to play a key role in our e-commerce fulfillment center. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with speed and accuracy. This role is integral to our Logistics process, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order lists.
- Package items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE .
- Participate in inventory control activities and assist with stock checks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and maintain workflow.
- Understand and contribute to the efficient flow of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including repetitive motion and frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to following Safety guidelines and proper use of PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse Logistics is a plus.
