As an Order Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanner data.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipment, using various packing materials.
- Stage picked orders for quality control and shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Follow all warehouse procedures and protocols for efficient order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Adherence to all safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
