Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare all outgoing shipments accurately.
- Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Verify order details against shipping manifests.
- Coordinate with various shipping carriers for timely pickups.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date shipping records.
- Ensure packages are securely and correctly packed.
- Implement and uphold all Safety regulations and practices, including the correct use of PPE.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding shipment status.
- Assist with inventory tasks as needed.
- Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar logistics role.
- Proficiency with shipping software and office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of shipping processes and carrier requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity for tasks involving moderate Lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- A demonstrated commitment to Safety and efficient operations.
