We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Fort Worth, Texas facility. This versatile role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, encompassing a range of responsibilities from receiving and stocking to order picking and shipping. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our warehouse runs efficiently and that customer orders are processed accurately and promptly. Key duties include managing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and collaborating with team members to meet operational goals. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; you will be required to wear provided PPE and adhere to all company safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable. This position involves regular physical activity, including significant lifting and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities include: receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately stocking merchandise, picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments for dispatch, conducting inventory counts, operating various warehouse equipment (if trained), maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse, and strictly following all safety guidelines and PPE protocols.
