We are looking for a diligent Order Picker to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As an Order Picker, you will play a key role in our logistics operations by accurately selecting items to fulfill customer orders. You will use scanning equipment to identify products and ensure the correct quantity and item are picked for each order. A strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency is essential, as your work directly impacts customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment for all our associates.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Locate products within the warehouse efficiently.
- Verify product information and quantities against order requirements.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all warehouse safety procedures.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other picking equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory control tasks such as cycle counts.
- Must adhere to all safety regulations and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand product labels and pick sheets.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
