As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to order.
- Pick and fill orders from stock efficiently and accurately.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks responsibly.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking processes.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is an advantage.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards.
