You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves and carefully packing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Locate products within the warehouse and retrieve them efficiently.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain productivity standards and order accuracy.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is a strong advantage.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity for frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
