We are seeking energetic and reliable Distribution Center Associates for our Huntsville, Alabama location! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, stocking shelves, and preparing items for shipment. We value precision and speed to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Your commitment to Safety is essential, and you will be required to follow all established Safety guidelines and wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a physically demanding role that involves consistent standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of packages and materials, which may weigh up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and organization.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform frequent Lifting.
- Understanding and compliance with Safety regulations and PPE requirements.
