You will play a key part in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for delivery. - Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack items for shipment according to specific order requirements.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they are free from defects before packing.
- Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology to manage inventory and track orders.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order instructions and product information.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Capability of performing frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all procedural guidelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be adaptable and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
