Become a key player in our efficient operations as an Order Picker in Salt Lake City, Utah. - Accurately select products from various warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners and other technology to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Verify the condition and quantity of items before proceeding.
- Package items appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
- Stage completed orders for consolidation and dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Strictly follow all Safety regulations, including the proper use of designated PPE.
- Participate in ongoing inventory management activities, such as cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
- Report any stock issues or operational inefficiencies to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product identifiers.
- Basic computer proficiency for scanning device operation.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to handle manual Lifting of up to 50 pounds as required.
- A proactive approach to Safety and adherence to all company guidelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
