With our rapidly expanding business, we’re looking forTrainee Service Engineers to join our teams in Mullingar and Kilkenny. You’ll play a key role in supporting Ireland’s most progressive dairy farmers and making a real impact on farm performance and sustainability.

Level 6 or 7 qualification in Agricultural Engineering, or a related field

Apprenticeship in Farm Machinery or Mechanics (desirable)

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems an advantage

Good IT and diagnostic skills

Strong problem-solving ability and flexibility to work independently or as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Assist in installation, service, and maintenance of robotic milking, feeding, and cleaning systems

Support senior service engineers on diagnostics, xcfaprz repairs, and system upgrades

Complete job-related administration and service reports accurately

Maintain a tidy and organised workstation and service vehicle

Undertake ongoing product and technical training through the Lely Academy
