Vhi Group Services DAC have a full time temporary (3 year) vacancy for the role of Senior Change Manager - ERP Programme based in Dublin on a hybrid basis.


Vhi is embarking on a multi‑year ERP transformation which will modernise our core processes and enable an agile, digitally empowered future. To support this strategic programme, we are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the design and delivery of the change strategy and execution that will ensure successful adoption across the organisation. A key responsibility will be to ensure change management activities are integrated with programme planning, communications, training and stakeholder engagement.

What Will You Do

  • Develop and own the ERP programme’s end‑to‑end change management strategy.
  • Ensure change management activities are integrated with programme planning, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Champion change across the organisation, influencing senior leaders and engaging key stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage change risks, issues and readiness, escalating where appropriate.
  • Build and deliver a comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communications plan.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and targeted messaging throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Manage feedback loops to continuously improve engagement and adoption.
  • Design the ERP training strategy and oversee its delivery, supported by the vendor/partner.
  • Ensure employees are prepared, confident, and supported throughout the transition.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses across all affected business units.
  • Develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Track and report change adoption metrics to programme leadership and governance forums
  • Work closely with the ERP Programme Manager to ensure alignment of change management efforts with overall project timelines and deliverables.
  • Lead the procurement, onboarding, and management of external change management expertise.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Vhi and external providers, ensuring alignment to programme objectives.
  • Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs and deliverables.

Education And Experience
What you will need to be successful:

  • Significant experience (typically 8+ years) leading change management for large‑scale ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Degree in Business, HR, Organisational Development or a related field.
  • Expertise in working with third‑party change management partners and managing vendor performance.
  • Certification or deep knowledge of recognised change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong understanding of ERP programmes and their organisational impact.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and training design.
  • Experience working in regulated or complex organisational environments (desirable).

Interpersonal skills

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate programme objectives into actionable plans.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Competence in assessing risks, analysing feedback, and adjusting strategies based on data.
  • Sensitive to cultural dynamics and human impact during change.
  • Demonstrated alignment to the Vhi values.
