Production Manager

Our client is a growing manufacturing company in Roscommon seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead factory operations across machining, assembly, and dispatch.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on production efficiency, quality management, continuous improvement, and on‑time delivery. You will take ownership of day‑to‑day factory performance, people management, and operational standards.

• Manage daily production and factory operations
  
• Lead teams across machining, assembly, finishing, logistics, and dispatch
  
• Plan and coordinate production schedules and capacity
  
• Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and KPI performance
  
• Improve quality standards and reduce rework and waste
  
• Maintain strong health, safety, and housekeeping standards
  
• Manage staffing, performance, and training requirements
  
• Resolve production issues and bottlenecks
  
• Work closely with logistics and installation teams
  
• Report operational risks and performance metrics to senior management
  

• 
  
• Experience as a Production Manager, Factory xcfaprz Manager, or Manufacturing Manager
  
• Strong people leadership in a high‑volume manufacturing environment
  
• Proven production planning and scheduling experience
  
• Confident managing KPIs, performance, and output
  
• Practical, hands‑on leadership style
  
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  
• No degree required – experience is key
