A leading digital transformation consultancy is seeking a Sprinklr Engineer to support enterprise clients in optimising their customer experience and social engagement capabilities. They specialise in helping organisations modernise how they interact with customers across digital channels.

The Sprinklr Engineer will play a key role in designing, configuring, and enhancing Sprinklr solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex workflow challenges and translating business needs into scalable platform configurations.

• Configure and optimise Sprinklr modules across Social, Marketing, Care, and Insights.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical workflows, dashboards, and automation.
  
• Support integrations between Sprinklr and CRM, data, or marketing systems.
  
• Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure high‑quality solution delivery.
  
• Provide user support, documentation, and training where required.
  

• 
  
• Hands‑on experience as a Sprinklr Engineer or Sprinklr Developer (3+ years).
  
• Strong understanding of digital engagement, customer experience, or social media operations.
  
• Ability to convert business needs into technical configurations.
  
• Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and system integrations.
