Consulting Manager

A leading professional services firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Consulting Manager to join its growing advisory practice. This role is suited to individuals with a strong background in strategy, operating model design, process optimisation and large-scale transformation delivery. The successful candidate will bring structured thinking, commercial awareness and the ability to shape and deliver complex change programmes for clients across financial services, public sector and broader industries.

You will work directly with senior client stakeholders to define strategic direction, redesign operating models and lead end-to-end transformation initiatives. The role combines diagnostic analysis, solution design and hands-on implementation oversight.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic reviews and target operating model design engagements
  
• Delivering process optimisation and organisational redesign programmes
  
• Supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from mobilisation through to embedding
  
• Managing multi-disciplinary project teams and workstreams
  
• Developing client-ready reports, board-level materials and transformation roadmaps
  
• Building trusted relationships with senior executives and functional leaders
  
• Supporting business development activity including proposals and thought leadership
