QEHS Specialist - Monaghan

Americold is on a mission to help our customers Feed the World. We’re now hiring a QEHS Specialist to support our Lough Egish and Castleblayney facilities.

• Ensure both sites meet all quality, food safety, environmental, and health & safety standards, including BRC, customer, and legislative requirements.
  
• Maintain a constant audit‑ready state and lead internal and external audits.
  
• Manage and develop the Quality Management System, including HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP.
  
• Provide technical guidance, training, and problem‑solving support across departments.
  
• Champion a positive food safety culture and act as the primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and certification bodies.
  
• Oversee site‑level EHS compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience as a technical specialist in a high‑volume food or FMCG environment.
  
• Strong background in quality, food safety, and environmental management.
  
• BRC Food Safety certification experience and auditing expertise.
  
• Demonstrated ability to maintain food safety certifications with exceptional documentation standards.
  
• Extensive experience in the food industry.
  
• Confident communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to large groups. xcfaprz
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with site General Managers and cross‑functional teams.
