Senior Test Automation Engineer (LabView)

We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer with deep LabVIEW expertise to lead verification and validation activities for embedded electronic and IoT products. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role within R&D, focused on architecting scalable automated test systems, defining test strategy, and ensuring product quality, compliance, and reliability.

• Lead definition and documentation of test requirements with cross-functional teams
  
• Own test strategy, planning, and requirements traceability using risk-based approaches
  
• Architect, design, and implement scalable automated test systems using NI LabVIEW and TestStand
  
• Define verification methodologies, test specifications, and acceptance criteria
  
• Lead complex troubleshooting, debugging, and root‑cause analysis
  
• Drive continuous improvement of test frameworks, tools, and architecture
  
• Specify, integrate, and optimise measurement instruments and interfaces
  
• Ensure compliance with internal quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  

• 
  
• 5+ years in automated testing for embedded electronic products
  
• Strong NI LabVIEW expertise (CLD or higher highly desirable)
  
• Solid understanding of embedded systems, electronics, and measurement techniques
  
• Experience with test hardware design and HW/SW interfacing (Serial, I²C, SPI, CAN)
  

• 
  
• TestStand, DAQ, or advanced instrument control experience
  
• Familiarity with QA/automation tools (Python, Selenium, CLI)
  
• Degree in Electronic Engineering (or related discipline)
