Continuous Improvement Engineer

Are you passionate about driving efficiency, reducing waste, and challenging the status quo? Join our global manufacturing clients Galway based team as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and play a key role in transforming manufacturing and support operations.

In this role, you’ll lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve quality, boost performance, and deliver measurable cost savings. You’ll coach teams, develop KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, and work with global partners to embed a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

What we’re looking for:

• 
  

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar)

  
  

• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement

  
  

• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC (Green/Black Belt a plus)

  
  

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and coaching skills xcfaprz
