As part of our ongoing efforts to meet the Firm’s increasing demand for high-quality, data-driven solutions, we are expanding our team. We seek a skilled Regulatory Support Executive capable of providing operational, technical, and administrative assistance to ensure organisational compliance with legal requirements, policies, and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Data collation and manipulation– gathering and verifying datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness, using advanced tools (i.e. Power BI, Excel) to manipulate/merge large datasets and create meaningful reports for analysis by key stakeholders.
- Generation of data-driven reports to support regulatory and departmental decision-making, requiring a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualisation, and complex data analysis). This includes consolidating large datasets, automating reporting processes, and ensuring data integrity for accurate and actionable insights.
- Metric monitoring – use of datasets to monitor key regulatory, operational, and performance metrics across the firm, ensuring results are accurate, timely, and action‑oriented.
- Administrative support for Regulatory Submissions – collation of information required for regulatory submissions, liaising with internal stakeholders to gather required information.
- Any other duties within the general requirement of this job description which may be required from time to time.
Skills required for this role include:
- Exceptional attention to detail – ability to spot discrepancies or anomalies in data sets.
- Excellent communication skills – skill in ‘translating’ complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent, experienced individual – showcasing initiative and the ability to work autonomously to deliver best practice solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, demonstrating structured thinking and a solutions‑focused approach.
- Actively share, use and communicate expert knowledge in order to support the development of others.
- Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines while maintaining highest quality and attention to detail.
- Positive can‑do attitude and ability to grasp quickly new business environments.
- Understanding of professional services environment, including expectations around quality and confidentiality.
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Accounting) or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant related role
- Relevant experience of proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) tools – familiarity with platforms such as Power BI and Tableau an advantage
- Experience in professional services industry is a strong advantage
