Engineering Program Manager

Onsite in Dublin, Ireland from Day 1 (Client prefer local folks)

Hybrid Schedule: 3 Onsite Days (Tue, Wed, Thur) & 2 Remote Days (Mon, Fri)

We need Engineering PM; Client is managing the project.

Ideally someone from a software engineering background who is a PM now. 10-15 years.

They are working on client music, beats. So, if someone has a video background- even better

• Client Services Ops Media Tools and Development require expert engineering program management capability to execute technical partner integrations.

• Established company with 5+ years delivering engineering program management services
• Experience managing technical partner integrations for enterprise-scale technology companies
• Proven methodology for cross-functional project coordination
• Quality assurance processes and SLA compliance tracking
• Escalation procedures and management oversight structure

• 10+ years’ experience in technical program management on complex, cross-functional projects.
• Background in software engineering development with understanding of coding principles and system architecture
• Experience with both internal and external partner integrations

• Proven track record launching multiple concurrent technical implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering and synthesis skills.
• Risk identification and mitigation planning experience.
• Stakeholder management across engineering, operations, and product teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions, design meetings, and status reviews.
• Track record of building effective working relationships across organizational boundaries.

B.A./B.S./M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

$80/hr - $85/hr
