- Staff Supervision: Recruiting, training, and mentoring administrative employees, as well as managing their performance.
- Office Operations: Overseeing daily office functions, maintaining supplies, and managing facilities/equipment.
- Process Improvement: Developing and enforcing administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity.
- Financial & Resource Management: Monitoring budgets, handling procurement, and managing expenses.
- Communication & Support: Acting as a liaison between staff and management, drafting reports, and managing records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 3+ years in an administrative role, with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software. xcfaprz
