Assist in supplier negotiations to ensure alignment with Responsible Sourcing Standards and global compliance throughout the supply chain.
Lead or support due diligence efforts to assess supplier performance against sustainability guidelines and legal requirements.
Help digitize sustainability‑related processes to streamline operations and improve data transparency.
Collaborate with various departments to strengthen the organization’s capacity in sustainable sourcing practices.
Track and report sustainability KPIs, analyzing performance to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in responsible sourcing or a similar field.
A Master’s degree with strong academic results in areas such as sustainability, legal/compliance, environmental management, or supply chain management.
Understanding of sustainable supply chain practices, with hands‑on experience implementing responsible sourcing initiatives.
Familiarity with policy implementation and compliance frameworks, preferably including Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). xcfaprz
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
