Junior Quantity Surveyor

My client is a leading Civil Engineering Contractor and due to their ongoing success, they are seeking highly motivated and career-driven Junior Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team based in Mayo. This is an excellent opportunity for an early careers professional to gain invaluable experience within a well-established and forward-thinking civil engineering company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
• Supporting the procurement process and subcontractor management
• Monitoring project progress and preparing valuations and cost reports
• Assisting in contract administration and commercial reporting
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual and financial objectives

Key Requirements:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related xcfaprz discipline
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow
• Full driving licence essential
