AI Lab Senior Engineer

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seek an Experienced AI Lab Engineer role is a new project, which will link in with global teams.

• 
  
• 10+ years in a senior engineering role.
  
• 5+ years working with AI solutions, including knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act.
  
• Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Copilot and custom Copilot Agent solutions.
  
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, enterprise data sources, and internal APIs.
  
• Implement testing processes aligned with AI governance and regulatory standards.
  
• Collaborate with technology, data, and cross-functional teams on AI platform initiatives.
  
• Communicate AI risks, controls, and solution limitations to stakeholders.
  
• Promote AI-native workflows and support AI literacy across teams.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture and Copilot Agents.
  
• Proven experience designing and delivering custom agents using Copilot Studio.
  
• Advanced enterprise-level prompt engineering skills.
  
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
  
• Proven delivery in complex, regulated enterprise environments.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

• Level 8 Degree
  
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
