We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across various business units. In this pivotal role, you will drive project success by applying your expertise in project management methodologies, fostering collaboration among diverse teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. *Responsibilities*
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a defined program portfolio, utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe to adapt to project needs.
* Develop comprehensive project plans including scope management, schedule development using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, and resource allocation.
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct thorough requirements analysis to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives.
* Manage project scope changes through effective scope management practices and negotiation with stakeholders.
* Oversee project budgets, perform cost control analysis, and utilize earned value management techniques to track financial performance.
* Implement risk management strategies by identifying potential issues early through root cause analysis and proactive mitigation plans.
* Lead cross-functional teams by supervising team members, fostering collaboration through meeting facilitation, conflict management, and clear communication skills.
* Utilize PPM tools such as Jira, Trello, or Smartsheet for project scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting status updates to stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles like Kaizen and process mapping to optimize workflows.
* Ensure quality management standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle by applying PMBOK best practices and technical writing for documentation.
*Experience*
* Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with extensive experience in project leadership roles across diverse industries.
* Demonstrated expertise in program development, program design, and project engineering with a focus on IT infrastructure or product development projects.
* Supervising experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments with a focus on Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Strong background in requirements gathering, requirements management, scope management, and project planning using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
* Skilled in data analysis techniques including data collection and vendor management to support project decisions.
* Familiarity with IT project management software such as Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or SAS is highly desirable.
* Excellent organizational skills combined with outstanding communication skills to facilitate meetings effectively and negotiate successfully with stakeholders at all levels.
* Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or PMI-SP are preferred but not mandatory; experience in Lean Six Sigma or SAFe frameworks is advantageous.
