Children’s Behavioral Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric therapy team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, play-based speech therapy in a supportive, clinic-based environment where collaboration and client progress are prioritized.
You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Physical Therapists to deliver integrated, child-centered care.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct speech and language evaluations
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide one-on-one and small group therapy services
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
* Partner with families to support carryover strategies
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Supervise and support SLP-A staff in accordance with Missouri regulations
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Missouri SLP license (or pending eligibility)
* Pediatric experience preferred
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
