*Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care
* Provide leadership, direction, and support to CNAs
* Administer medications & treatments safely and accurately
* Monitor residents and report condition changes promptly
* Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and medical teams
* Uphold infection control and regulatory compliance
* Support residents through end‑of‑life care as needed
*Qualifications*
* Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program
* *Active NY State LPN License*
* *CPR Certification (Required)*
* Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced skilled nursing environment
