Job Responsibilities and Tasks Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and related legislation at all times To provide cover at any given branch within a specific region. Promote and maintain the Company image, acting as a brand ambassador and delivering outstanding customer service Maximise volume and profit opportunities for given Autocentre ensuring that financial targets are met Co-ordinate and control the work of Autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required Maintaining effective communication and motivation amongst Autocentre staff. Ensuring that organisational objectives and vision are understood by all. Communicate effectively with customers and company departments Assist the Regional Manager and HR Department with the recruitment and selection of new employees. Ensure the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses.
