Job Description As a vital member of our inside sales department, you will join our team of experienced sales and support staff each having been with this company for 15 years or more. You will be involved with all aspects of inside sales including providing customer service and support by phone, email and in person at sales counter.
Job Qualifications • 3 years experience inside/counter sales • Product knowledge in automotive, fleet and industrial aftermarkets • Ability to learn and stay current on our quarterly catalogs to ensure customers receive accurate, prompt and efficient service • Ability to operate company computer system, credit card POS terminal and phone system • Have basic knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, email and internet
