Head of Analytics

Barden are delighted to be partnering with a multi-national client who are looking to hire a Head of Analytics. This role requires a strategic and hands‑on leader who has previous experience building and scaling a data/analytics function within a complex organisation.

You will be required to shape the long-term vision for insights, analytics and business intelligence, oversee delivery of high‑quality analytical products, dashboards and KPI frameworks, and champion a culture where data informs faster, smarter decisions.

You will help to establish a high‑performing Insights & Analytics function with clear standards, delivery models and operating principles grounded in analytical rigour and evidence‑based thinking.

Lead and mentor the Business Analytics team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability and analytical excellence. xcfaprz

Contribute to the design of data‑warehousing and data‑modelling solutions (SQL, Python, Snowflake, Data Bricks, Power BI datasets)

Advocate for best practices in data modelling, data quality, data governance and metadata standards
