* Assistance in completion of all daily processes/deliverables across the wider Depositary team.
* Static data review and input.
Review of deal documentation.
* Compare documentation to system information, check accuracy and highlight discrepancies.
* Review Investigation logs on daily basis ensuring all relevant files are updated appropriately.
* Liaise effectively with other teams and departments to resolve issues, share knowledge & drive process improvements.
* Participate in any Department projects as required and support Department Manager in achievement of overall department goals.
* Fostering a close relationship with Key stakeholders; Issuers, Product, and Depositories and have responsibility to manage internal and external client relationships, to ensure Department responsibilities and objectives are met.
* Provide effective communication and maintain a close working relationship with operational Risk and Control team and Front office.
* Assist Team Leader with ensuring Standard Level Agreements (SLA’s) between all areas are in place and adhered to.
* Experience in the financial sector, especially in payments or documentation review
- would be of benefit.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Proven ability to execute.
* Knowledge of Euroclear and Clearstream would be advantageous.
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
* Good understanding of general MS software packages (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
* Proven ability to execute solutions utilising own initiative i.e.
process re-engineering.
* Ability to remain calm & professional at all times.
