They are on the hunt for a proven leader who is in a customer facing, high footfall FMCG environment, someone with a track record of developing teams, driving business metrics and is customer service focus in a demanding environment.

This job offers autonomy, accountability to drive success in your own site, a chance to manage your own team and build people around your leadership.

This is a permanent, fast paced role that is willing to offer a salary DOE, up to 55-60,000.

• Oversee the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring a consistent standards across all areas like H&S, security, customer service, cleanliness and sales performance
  
• Drive the venues commercial performance by maximising profitability and sales, while effectively controlling key budgets like your labour, maintenance costs, all the while executing initiatives that drive extra revenue.
  
• Manage all HR and Health & Safety matters within the store, ensuring full compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and industry regulations.
  
• Analyse performance data to make smart, data-driven commercial decisions that maximise profitability.
  
• Set a good example as a brand ambassador, ensuring the venue is always vibrant, welcoming, safe, and compliant with all regulations.
  
• Resolve any customer issues with professionalism and empathy, while correctly adhering to company policy and compliance
  
• Lead, coach, and empower a team of supervisors and customer-facing staff, owning the full employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews, offering ongoing development, while acting as a hands-on leader who sets the standard for service excellence and fosters a culture of high performance, accountability, and genuine teamwork.

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in managing your own budgets, accountable for controlling costs, and thrives on pressure in delivering on business metrics like P&L, conversion etc.
  
• At least 3-5+ years of management experience in a pressurised fast-paced, high-volume environment such as hospitality, retail, or leisure.
  
• Must have a proven background at senior management, who leads and thrives on the floor and leads by example.
  
• A background in making key decisions around hiring, developing, and motivating high-performing, customer-facing teams.
  
• Good people skills at management level, naturally able to connect with your customer base and staff, must demonstrate strong communication skills that can be persuasive and effective
  
• A professional demeanor, someone who is resilient, calm in a fast pace customer environment, able to make confident sound decisions that is either strategic or last minute under pressure.
