Client: Leading Property Developer

Essentials: Degree in Quantity Surveying; 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Ireland (ideally with a PQS); familiarity of Cubit, Cost-X or equivalent and Microsoft Office; strong analytical and communication skills; willing to travel across Greater Dublin; Full Driving Licence.

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €55,000 – €65,000

Package: Annual bonus, pension, 24 days annual leave, health checks and more.

Reporting to: Senior QS

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will work alongside Senior Quantity Surveyors, gaining exposure to a variety of projects and further developing their skills in cost management and contract administration.

• Subcontractor Management: Assist in managing subcontractor packages, including payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  
• Cost Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly internal valuations, cost reports, and budget tracking.
  
• Project Exposure: Gain hands‑on experience with RC frame, apartment, residential building, and commercial projects.
  
• Contract Administration: Maintain accurate subcontractor and supplier contractual details, ensuring all records are up to date.
  
• Budget Monitoring: Report on project budgets and variations, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions.
