Client Asset Manager

My client, an Irish regulated financial services firm, is seeking a Client Asset Manager to support the PCF-45 and oversee compliance with MiFID II and the Central Bank of Ireland Client Asset Regulations (CAR).

This is a key control role with direct exposure to senior governance and regulatory oversight.

• 
  
• Ensure ongoing compliance with MiFID II and CBI CAR
  
• Maintain the Client Asset Management Plan and governance framework
  
• Review daily reconciliations and oversee breach management
  
• Support the annual Client Asset Audit
  
• Complete Client Asset RCSA and monitor risk incidents
  
• Prepare reporting for governance forums and Board
  
• Liaise with operations, risk, compliance and external auditors
  

• 
  
• 5+ years in a regulated financial services environment
  
• Strong knowledge of MiFID II and CBI CAR
  
• Experience in client asset oversight, xcfaprz reconciliations or regulatory governance
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
