Trainee Store Manager

Location: Dublin

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Pattern: 5/7 roster (our stores trade 7 days/week)

Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience across all aspects of store operations, commercial performance, and people leadership. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a long‑term career with our company and are ready to take the next step into management.

• Support the store management team in delivering store KPIs across sales and productivity
  
• Assist in the day‑to‑day running of the store to ensure smooth operations
  
• Take responsibility for specific operational areas as delegated
  
• Support effective stock management, merchandising and compliance standards
  
• Adhere to health and safety standards
  
• Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example on the shop floor
  
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  
• Take ownership of personal development and actively engage in training opportunities
  

• 
  
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail
  
• A strong desire to progress to senior store management
  
• A positive, solution‑focused attitude
  
• An ability to work at pace and adjust to change.
  
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
  
• Confidence in leading by example
  
• Commercial curiosity and willingness to learn
  
• Strong communication and team management abilities
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (desirable)
